is an Internet radio station seeking music from independent artists for air play.

Synopsis of this music agreement:
You confirm ownership of publishing rights, and the copyright, for all music submitted.
Internet & Terrestrial radio stations are offered your music for airplay if it is selected for listing at KJES/jayeddy.com. KJES/jayeddy.com online radio station will not owe you, your record label, agent, or publisher any money
for playing or promoting your music. This is an airplay for exposure exchange.
Songs will be selected on merit. "NO PAYOLA".
Donations are accepted to help alleviate the costs of production, maintenance,
and labor expenses needed to help jayeddy.com and KJES internet radio offer this service,
and will in no way influence the decision making process.

Song-for-Airplay Exchange Agreement:
The following represents an agreement between the musician, artist, vocalist, musical group, record label, or agent acting
on their behalf, and KJES / jayeddy.com, and / or any radio station, webcaster, music source,
or web site making use of KJES / jayeddy.com services only.

The explicit intent of this agreement:
To make valid the use of your music, song(s), lyrics, or any musical composition
owned by the musician, artist, vocalist, musical group, or record label, in exchange for promotional exposure on KJES internet Radio,
and/or any online or terrestrial radio station, webcaster, music source, or web site using KJES / jayeddy.com services.

Terms found in this agreement:
Musician, artist, vocalist, musical group, record label, or agent acting on behalf of the musician, artist, vocalist, musical group,
or record label, shall be referred to as "you." "your," or "yours."
KJES / jayeddy.com, and/or any online radio station, webcaster, music source, or web site
affiliated with KJES / jayeddy.com, (As a group, they are referred to as "The Partners.")
Any song, composition, music, or lyrics provided by you shall be referred to as the "product."
Webcasters, Online / Internet Radio Station, Radio Station or Music Source shall refer to any person or company using the Internet
as a transmission device for playing music, song(s), or lyrics over the Internet.

Limitations:
Your ownership of the copyright and publishing rights to any music, song, or lyrics submitted
by you to the Partners is mandated by this agreement. This is considered understood, and is acknowledged
by you when you click the "submit" button at the bottom of this page.
Should it be discovered ownership of the copyright and publishing rights belong to anyone other than you, the Partners will
be removed from any and all liability to pay, reimburse, exchange money or merchandise to anyone claiming legal
ownership to the copyright or publishing rights of submitted product.

Should any challenge be made relating to ownership of the product, *you agree to pay any and
all fees, court costs, and/or penalties incurred by the Partners that are required for legal defense.
* Do not take this statement lightly. We will use all means to collect the money should this issue end up in court.
An explicit understanding exists that an acknowledgement by e-mail, or submission by using the
"submit" button below, shall be considered a legally binding act between any party involved in
this agreement: this includes the exchange of e-mail with or without name as long as the originating e-mail address is/has
been used by the sending party at any time over the preceding six months, and if that e-mail address appears in the "From" heading
as indicated by the recipient's e-mail software program.

Agreement and Conditions:
You agree to provide product on MP3, URL link, or WAV file to the Partners with no expectation of any
remuneration; money, trade or merchandise. The Partners agree to present your product to Internet radio stations,
webcasters, online & terrestrial radio stations, or music sources they have affiliations with if your song is selected for listing at KJES / jayeddy.com.
But the Partners do not promise any guarantee of play, exposure, promotion or use of your product.
The Partners sole responsibility is in making your music, song, or lyrics available to Terrestrial radio stations, webcasters,
online / internet radio stations or music source if it is accepted and listed at KJES / jayeddy.com.
The decision of your product being listed on KJES / jayeddy.com is at the sole discretion of the
Partners. This decision may not be challenged in any way by you, your legal representative, agent,
or label. (In simple English, some songs may not be good enough to make the list.)
It is understood by you that the decision to expose your music, song(s), or lyrics to the public rest solely with the Partners' affiliated
Terrestrial radio station, webcaster, online / internet radio station, or music source - at their discretion, your product will be judged worthy of play
on each of their web sites.
At no time will the Partners attempt to influence the decision of owners of affiliated Terrestrial radio stations, online radio stations
or any music source on your behalf.
By submitting this agreement via e-mail, U.S. postal service, fax, commercial carrier, or hand delivery, you agree that KJES / jayeddy.com,
Network WILL NOT owe you money, trade, or merchandise for any expenses incurred creating, preparing,
recording, or shipping of your product. You also acknowledge that using the promotional value offered by the Partners is a fair
exchange for any money you may seek from the Partners for any and all use of your product.

Assignment:
The provisions of this agreement shall be binding upon you, your label, your agent, KJES / jayeddy.com
, or any successor or merged company or companies acting on your behalf or on behalf of the Partners.
This agreement shall automatically renew annually unless either party submits in writing to the other party an intent
to dissolve it.
Written intention to dissolve this agreement must be made at least ninety days before the automatic renewal date.

Enforcement:
Failure on the part of KJES / jayeddy.com to enforce any provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver
of it's rights under such provision or any other provisions of this agreement.

Modification:
This agreement represents the entire understanding between you and KJES internet Radio, jayeddy.com.
No waiver, alteration or modifications of any provision hereof shall be binding unless in writing
and signed by authorized agents or employees of both parties to this agreement.

By submitting this form I give the Partners the right to play the songs listed
above in exchange for the promotional value of said play.
